What a delight it was to stay at this beautiful hotel! Luckily me, they upgraded me to a double bedroom so I can only say beautiful things that will describe my experience in a double bedroom. It is slightly larger than I thought: it has a proper little entrance with a mirror, a wardrobe, a separate toilet and an ‘open’ bathroom. Amazing attention to details: tea/coffee with delicious chocolates and Nuxe toiletries! Very clean. Large bed, large window with double glazing. The real plus: is the free 45-mins access to a stunning spa corner in the lower ground floor! I had a blast in the large bassin with camomile tea. It has a shower and a sauna… pure pleasure! Thank you!! Something to note: I paid the €18 breakfast and I think it is a little bit overpriced but I understand it is a small beautiful cafe that does not operate like a large hotel with a big buffet. Still a good selection, the pastries were delicious, however you require assistance (the waitress/bartender/buffet tender) to make you a coffee with their professional coffee machine. Another thing to note: you MUST book your 45-min slot for the spa because it is solely for single use (per bedroom) and does not work as a walk-in service. The only downside: the open bathroom may be inconvenient if you are with someone who’s not your partner… the double glazed window does its best to filter the noise but it is located in a busy area of Paris so noise is inevitable (it was ok for me).

My family and I loved staying at Le Petit Beaumarchais- our 2x girls (8 & 6 years) especially appreciated the twin singles in our family room (behind a sheer curtain as well- which created their own little zone!) after sharing sofa beds or rollouts in other hotels on our trip. The location was great- a short walk to Le Marais and lots of cafes and shops and the beautiful Place de Vosges, where we had a picnic one sunny afternoon. We had breakfast one morning at the hotel, which was simple but delicious- baking/pastries, pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, jam & cereals (probably worth noting we chose to venture out the other 2x mornings, on a quest for some more substantial and healthier options, but Paris simply doesn't do breakfast like we do in NZ!). The spa & sauna was delightful and we enjoyed a relaxing session there after a busy day sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and responsive and overall lovely to deal with.

Set in an old house, the hotel is not your average cookie cutter place to stay. The room was an excellent size for 4 of us and I loved that we had 2 large windows which we could open. The hotel was decorated tastefully , giving a cosy feel. The beautiful winding staircase was stunning. We didn’t have time to visit the spa but I loved that soft robes and slippers were provided. The toiletries were luxurious and the little extras like a shoe shine sponge and emery boards were very thoughtful. We had a bottle of fresh water provided every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved Paris and will definitely return. We will be back at the Petit Beaumarchais again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable, very clean and we had a little balcony from which you could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Breakfast was really good too. We were heading to the Gare de Lyon the following day, and it is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel, so I really recommend it if you are doing the same. I didn't know the area before coming here but it's full of great restaurants and very close to the Place des Vosges which is stunning.

This is a well located and well decorated hotel, with a cozy atmosphere and staff that anticipates the needs of their guests and exceed them. It was clean, quiet and nicely done, it offers a relaxing atmosphere (room and common spaces). The communication with the staff was clear and efficient and they were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The amenities offered were also appreciated. Apart from the swimsuit, one has there everything they need for the spa.
